This is a long, confusing and jumbled review, but how would you differentiate between the conventional 'sweet' ones below and real ones like this?
1. This is a thought-after review, you won't find any names, because the motive was never to spread wrong things.
2. No mention of departments - This has been done because after they get to read this, it's obvious that they have been and will be seeing deeper issues, so this won't be anything shocking to them, but some poor 'under privileged' employee may face the heat of the management. May that individual be blessed.
3. Try to extract the meaning between the lines, get the gist, don't move around the usage of words.
4. This is not from the internal team to balance out the reputation on internet, because none can write this long, even if some privileged ones did, the language would be authentically bad.
5. If you are a person with a clear vision, you will know that this is their 'known by all, spoken by none' truth.
She, the blacksmith was happy before joining and is happy after leaving. In her journey she found some real engineers (Yes, this is the core company on papers), real doctors, real carpenters, real plumbers and real goldsmiths, whom she would cherish for her life. Unfortunately, none of them was doing the job they were meant to, and when she asked them why don't you say 'wrong' to the 'wrong', they only whispered, we have our people to support and unfortunately they pay us to do their job, you may be the rebel one, but we are used to this. Some golden words were "you called the 'wrong' by 'wrong' and see they got you out".
P.S. - C's mean Chief and not some slang.
