Pros

They are attempting to stay current in the technology realms and if you are lucky enough to be a man and have the right people like you (regardless of work effort) you will do well. Work from home accepted.

Cons

It leadership promoted many to upper management who have no leadership skills. Communication is poor, favoritism is rampant. The company is struggling both financially and in paying attention to the morale/well being of employees. People are putting in ungodly hours and often only being spoken to when something goes wrong. Good workers are not rewarded and opinions are disregarded and laughed at.
