Management allows you to expand your knowledge and take training classes to advance your career. Open to your ideas, anything to improve efficiency while saving money. Great benefits and pay as well, making you feel rewarded. Great award system for doing a great job. Everyone seems very friendly.

Not really any cons as long as you show up to work and contribute every day it is well noticed.
