they really take the time and care in training you up. the pay was good and it was flexible

it can be isolating sometimes as i worked from home i began to feel lonely

- you gain skills that can look good on you and be able to apply in other roles or jobs - working from home although now they make it twice a week - after probation 6months your able to see your flexible work options - bonus every year around April based on your performance

Cons

- so many different kpi - strict adherence to schedule - high call volumes
