Pros

Great people that are hardworking but casual enough to wear a nice pair of jeans around the office. Great facility-newly remodeled. You can also move around fairly easily to higher positions.

Cons

Around the time I left the company the business slowed so lay-offs began and the people that stayed were given more job duties to pick up the slack. It wasn't unbearable but just more stressful. Then insurance/benefits were not all that great.

Pros

Great training and very thorough before you start calling clients. Small working environment and company is spread out over three states. Casual dress code, commission checks are good if you push the extra hours.

Cons

Hard to have work-life balance as call center is a pressure-cooker, very fast paced environment. CUSTOMERS can be really rude and since calls are monitored you have to to as me the abuse. IT issues are constant and difficult to get them to fix software issues locally. Management is very demanding at times.
