Good to get your foot into the customer service sector

Pros

- you gain skills that can look good on you and be able to apply in other roles or jobs - working from home although now they make it twice a week - after probation 6months your able to see your flexible work options - bonus every year around April based on your performance

Cons

- so many different kpi - strict adherence to schedule - high call volumes

- ability to wfh - setup are provided (laptop, headset, monitor) - work events with food - great building access (showers included) - great kitchen

Cons

- unsupportive team leaders (not listening to your feedback)
