      My leadership is always responsive to questions very quickly. They take steps to explain situations and work to find solutions. Being a small business, they are very flexible. Always looking to improve upon corporate processes. Communication from senior leadership is frequent and timely. Seem to be doing something right, since they are winning new contracts.
