      Pros

      Fair compensation, no real emphasis on rank/seniority

      Cons

      Management brings about frivolous lawsuits against each other and employees, no upper management support, unprofessional management styles, no "check ins" with employees to gather morale, marketing, or strategic information, no dedication to their employees/desire to defend employees, quick to throw employees under the bus when it best suits management, no true structure to the company, does not follow through with rectifying issues/complaints, very poor communication, no career/job mobility. Not a company you go to in order to have a career - it's a place to go for a short time job for decent pay.

      Administratively supportive; Decent pay scale, but based on contract work Good HR support Values employees that are with in work area of established offices.

      Not proactive in maintaining distant employees Minimal communications with distant employees Still using paper timecards and vacation request All work tied to government contracts

      Pros

      The compensation is consummate with experience and the area with bonuses available. The Partners listen to the concern of the employees and will do what they can to make things better. The benefits package is good and includes several perks. Because the company is small, they cut through the red-tape and attempt to make sure things are done quickly, such as reimbursements for travel. Every employee is noticed, no one is just a number.

      Cons

      As a small company business is extremely competitive, many employees where several hats and centralized management of assets, software and other administrative items does not exist (at least for now). Career growth is sometimes tied to bringing in new business, but this is mostly due to the fact that currently the company is a Government contractor.
