Pros

Good people who are hard working an smart.

Cons

The 90s and 2000s were good to QIC. Growth, stability and great opportunities saw growth in the organisation and its reputation. The executive team have been very slow to respond to the shift in the industry environment of super fund mergers and internalisation and are still shocked when clients and staff leave. This trend is likely to continue over the coming decade.
