Flexible work hours and in office days, think this is the biggest pro at QIC

Cons

Remuneration and salary are not on par with market. For a company that manages Superannuation funds, but no incentives and salary is inclusive of super, doesn't make sense. Management says QIC allows flexibility but some scrutinise your decisions of using the flexibility.
