      The culture and working environment at the company level is very good. Especially some HR polices are really thoughtful for employees.

      Cons

      Some teams/Leaders are not always follow the company's principle. Different team may have totally different environment due to the manager style.

      Trying to improve the company culture by holding team events however they're never any good

      - Previous National Manager has left due to not getting a lead role after years of service - Interim Sales Leader for Pop Up Leasing and Media has no leadership skills and he lacks overall team trust - Good Employees leaving the team due to toxic management - Career Growth is slow
