Pros

Culture and the people have always been important. Employees take pride in what they do and have a passion for the work.

Cons

it is getting to complicated to get things done. Too much paperwork, too many approvals are required. Things need to be streamlined in this environment so that we don't lose opportunities.

Pros

Benefits are okay and the work is interesting with many technical advancements. Working with smart people. People would like to share their ideas.

Cons

It would be better if the work environment can give people more time to learn new technologies. Sometimes workmates are not so considerate and it gives more pressure when you face a complicated issue. Smart people may not always succeed for they view they are smart and it is impossible for them to not see through some potential issues.
