Culture and the people have always been important. Employees take pride in what they do and have a passion for the work.

Cons

it is getting to complicated to get things done. Too much paperwork, too many approvals are required. Things need to be streamlined in this environment so that we don't lose opportunities.

Cons

Short time off (limited to three weeks when starting regardless of experience) Unpaid overtime (salary only) Politics (owned by Black Berry, so not as free as an independent company)
