Pros

This company is transforming into a fast-moving technology company. The people from top to bottom have embraced the change or moved on to other opportunities. Headed into 2019, QTS is a leaner company moving at a faster pace than ever. It’s definitely a place where individual contribution matters and is appreciated and rewarded.

Cons

2018 was a transition year, hard to go through for some.

Great place to grow your technical and business skills. QTS creates an environment that enables you the opportunity to take training classes. It also creates an environment that allows you to be involved in many functions of the deals.

Pros

In all my years working in service related industries never have I worked for a company that is so focused on a great customer experience. It's refreshing to work for an organization truly cares about how the product is delivered to the market. The culture of excellence is infectious and pervades all levels of the organization. QTS also cares about the careers of their employees and provides opportunities to advance within the organization instead of looking to bring in external candidates. For those looking for growth opportunities with an innovative company and a team related atmosphere, QTS is a great place to land.

Cons

No companies are perfect and QTS continues to evolve internal processes to serve customers and employees alike. The thing I like is that there is a consistent effort to improve.
