      Pros

      I like working for QTS. I have worked for companies with far less benefits, far less pay, and double the workload. The DFW location seems to be growing, which keeps us busy.

      Cons

      Workload increases, manpower decreases with layoffs.

      Pros

      Competitive salary, decent benefits, employee stock option, depending on the site you worked at surrounded by great people, paid time off to volunteer

      Cons

      Poor management, lack of communication from executive level down, lack of communication/collaboration between departments
