Poorly run company

Pros

Former CARPATHIA employees were an excellent group of professionals. Free coffee and water. Good data centers. Some locations are very convenient.

Cons

The company cups the accrued vacation leave pay at 40 hours when an employee leaves, even though the employees earned their vacation hours. Not a single respectable company does that. QTS highest executives constantly preach Christianity but will take every penny from you if they can. Health benefits are awful. Upper management is very disengaged. The company is still run as a real estate establishment vs. a technology company.

Poorly organized, No room for growth

Pros

-There is a lot of certification and OSHA training you have to complete -Management doesn't really care if you're a bad employee as long as you're responsive to their needs.

Cons

-Tools go missing all the time -Management follows the Peter Principle too enthusiastically -The amount of time spent doing job training takes up time for personal growth
