      Great company, great products but needs to focus on their EDGE to stay competitive

      Pros

      Quality product set as IT continues to change, QTS continues to grow and evolve to meet current and future customer needs. Upper management listens and will make things happen if you are in need of something.

      Cons

      Under 1000 employees but continuing to grow fast. With growth comes growing pains but if you can see bigger picture and not get tied to the minor pains, you will enjoy the ride.

      The income received was decent.

      Cons

      -Very unprofessional work environment. -The "Shift Leads" and management are clueless on how to perform and manage. -There is a "Clique" type of environment in the office which leads to un productivity. -Too much work and not enough staff available.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, free coffee, decent people (for the most part), cutting edge equipment. nice datacenter, fairly decent lab. Pay was decent, but you have to hold your ground to acquire that.

      Cons

      I should've seen the writing on the wall when I arrived. There was a mass exodus prior to my arrival. I quickly began to learn that upper management knows nothing about managing a cloud environment. They barely know anything technical about their customers. Add the lack of process and procedures and you've now created the perfect storm. Benefits are horrible - worse than Obamacare.
