Stability, employee stock purchase plan, 401k with match

Cons

Religion! They pray before meetings, before company lunches, etc. It is not appropriate or even professional to lead a public company in such a way.

Large floor Space and buildings Good work staff at the Non-Executive, below Director level.

Cons

Terrible Executive leadership with no real Direction. Very top heavy in the Executive and VP Level. No real creative ideas among the CTO, CEO and executive level. No Technical leadership ... They have a CTO that is really a marketing executive. They force deals down the engineering and operations staff. Very sales driven, with very little operational leadership. A huge Executive payroll that adds very little value. Promotions based on who you stoke and not what you've earned. Very little to no opportunity for advancement among existing employees, especially in Operations area due to un-trust

Great industry and a growing company

Cons

Passive aggressive, lack of ownership in mistakes, hoarding of information, advancement for unqualified management. All of these can be found at QTS. This company is the definition of toxic culture. Honestly, avoid if at all possible.
