Pros

The company is growing at a very fast pace.

Cons

The company expects more and more work out of each person but pay increases are less than 1/3 of inflation. The won't hire an appropriate amount of employees for the job and management is not friendly to employees with kids

Thank you for sharing your feedback. You may know that QTS offers a flex plan which provides employees 52 days per year to work remotely in addition to paid time off days. This is in addition to the type of flexibility that QTS has always endorsed in supporting our employees when needs arise unexpectedly. QTS, along with most other companies, regularly conducts market wage analysis to validate our pay ranges are market competitive. QTS also offers many avenues to share feedback (employee surveys, EVP Executive Sponsors, Leadership, Ambassadors, People Services, anonymous feedback loops etc.). Almost everything we do at QTS has a direct correlation to employee feedback. If you feel your concerns have gone unaddressed, I encourage you to contact your People Services Business Partner directly.

Pros

There is a great work-life balance for certain departments, they try to make their employees happy. There is a lot of growth in the company. If you like to feel comfortable in your role with very few challenges this is the company for you

Cons

QTS is a very conservative company and not like most tech jobs. They have an in-office mindset and lack a modern tech culture. The CEO prays during company-wide required meetings. The PTO and pay is not generous or aligned with the industry. There are favorites amongst groups and lots of poor communication.

Pros

It's a job, that's it

Cons

Is a navy club, highly political, and in no way about actual work. Management is laughable and clueless. There is an HR department but they turn a blind eye to the blatant issues.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. It is certainly disappointing to hear about your work experience here at QTS. Over the past two years, we have delivered Lead The Way training to support our People Leaders to be the best leaders they can be. We value all current and former employee feedback. We would welcome the opportunity to learn more specifically about what was not positive for you so we can improve. Please feel free to contact any member of the People Services team to discuss. We wish you the best. Meg Caddick – People Services Business Partner
