Pros

The culture is the best in the data center industry. Employee-first mindset governs decision making and direction of the organization. Tech and tools are developed with the end user in mind, keeping everything relevant and useful. Career opportunities abound internally, and they are always open to new innovations from every level within the organization. Pay is competitive within the industry and the benefits package is top-notch. The company's growth trajectory is amazing and QTS is gaining market share within an expanding industry, showing their stability and growth prospects.

Cons

I haven't experienced anything that I would consider to be a "con" at QTS. The challenges that arise are acknowledged openly by leadership and driven to resolution with input from the employees themselves.

You’ll feel welcomed from day one. The company’s values are genuinely shared and lived, and management truly cares about both personal and professional growth. If you enjoy community volunteerism, this is a great place to be.

Cons

Breaks are allowed, but there is no clearly defined or scheduled break time.
