I am truly sorry for the disruption you experienced as part of the acquisition of the data center in Piscataway, NJ. We made the decision not to renew a contract, as it is our practice to hire full-time employees for all site operations and facility maintenance services at our data centers across the country. Poorly organized, No room for growth

Pros

-There is a lot of certification and OSHA training you have to complete -Management doesn't really care if you're a bad employee as long as you're responsive to their needs.

Cons

-Tools go missing all the time -Management follows the Peter Principle too enthusiastically -The amount of time spent doing job training takes up time for personal growth
