Pros

Fast growing business, but a long way to go in the world. The company have some great people. CEO is awesome, don’t think he realizes what’s causing good people to leave his establishment.

Cons

Stay away from this company. Managers are full themselves, think they’re better than anyone else. It’s saddening to see the amount of QTS employees that resigned because of bad management. Be aware lots of Hippocrates. Managers shows favoritism bluntly. Just bad management overall.

Pros

The employees all get along with each other - no backstabbing to get ahead. You feel as if the company and CEO care about You and your well being. Their policies are not perfect but the feedback loop is wide open and they are continually adjusting to make it better.

Cons

Some of the leaders do not have formal leadership training or experience and it shows in how those departments are run.

We acknowledge that some leaders have not “yet” had formal leadership training. There is a concentrated effort in place to change this immediately. In January, all 42 members of the executive leadership team pledged to make 2019 the year of the leader. As such, QTS has adopted new leadership competencies which creates the foundation for how we behave as leaders. In addition, all people leaders will complete a 360 degree assessment and a minimum of 1.5 days of leadership training by the end of the year. QTS values its leaders and will continue to invest in their leadership development. -Patty Patmore, VP of Learning and Development

Cons

I have not come across any cons.
