Pros

Hours are good, shift work. 4 days on 3 off 3 on 4 off. The pay is good and plenty of OT possibilities. Job security.

Cons

Little to no advancement opportunities. High turnover rate among coworkers. Feels like its run like a 10 dollar startup. Every time is the first time for everything. One policy will change 3 times in 3 months and still end up wrong.

Pros

The benefits and the compensation plan is very appealing. Starting to take the right steps in providing better viability into company goals and the projects currently being worked. This should help keep everyone focused and working towards our goals.

Cons

To many leaders all with different visions of where to go next. Leadership can not get aligned so front line employees seem to be seen as the problem more often than not.

Pros

Constant work, can be a great place just listen more to your employees.

Cons

The attitude of the Management is we do not care what the lower level employees have to say, and the ones who do care tend to leave the company or are forced to leave just so they can have the people they want in the positions.
