Pros

Great culture and positive environment. I love the core values of the company. They empower every employee to put the customer first. It is also refreshing to see a company that supports the Community, Families and Veterans. QTS has also digitized the Data Center, making it available to customers at any time and any where.

Cons

Not yet a household name.

Pros

The company and its leadership goes out of its way to create a positive environment now and into the future. This is a company with great regard for employees and customers - in my mind one of the best ever.

Cons

Overcoming some of the misconceptions in the marketplace which I believe will be behind us soon. I'll stress it again, this is a great company.

Cons

too much work pressure and no work life balance. Everyone is working around the clock.

It sounds like you've been able to personally grow while being at QTS and have a little fun while doing so. As you know, I'm passionate about giving back to our community and building a supportive culture. We have been moving very quickly and, unfortunately, sometimes forget to take the time we need for ourselves. I'd encourage you to work with your management team to identify ways to use your PTO and set realistic work expectations. It's important that every QTSer finds the right balance.
