Job security. Paid volunteer hours.

Cons

Pay does not match the industry standard for the workload or expectations. High rates of burnout. Senior management seems disconnected from the actual needs of the teams in their org. Conservative culture.

We appreciate your honest feedback. Volunteerism is very important to us! Granting 32 volunteerism hours to all employees is just the beginning. Burnout is no joke, and encourage QTSers to have open conversations with managers about it. We want our employees to utilize all of their annual PTO to truly disconnect and recharge. We also continue to evaluate how we support our teams, including compensation (bi-annually), to ensure we're aligned with the value our people bring every day.

Good Company, Rapidly Growing

Company is growing rapidly (a lot of opportunity), people are good to work with, management does not micro-manage, focus on volunteering and community engagement

Management imposes a conservative company culture and therefore DEI efforts are limited
