Pros

I love the environment here at QTS. We truly are a family. When work gets stressful, we handle it together. Customer satisfaction is not just a a buzz word, it's what we do.

Cons

The benefits may not be as good as they could be. I do not use the company provided health care.

Pros

QTS's strength is really is in its people. I am daily encouraged by the level of support and care I receive from my QTS team across the country. I can say that I truly love my job and hope for many more years in QTS!

Cons

None worth mentioning come to mind.

Pros

Rare to find a publicly traded company that embraces a "Faith, Family, Community" set of mission values. The people and culture of QTS are what make it so successful. Glad to be apart of the team.

Cons

Talent acquisition sometimes has "too many cooks in the kitchen." This can muddy who is driving which pieces of hiring a new employee. On a positive note, HR has acknowledged this issue and is formalizing a more codified process.
