Pros

In all my years working in service related industries never have I worked for a company that is so focused on a great customer experience. It's refreshing to work for an organization truly cares about how the product is delivered to the market. The culture of excellence is infectious and pervades all levels of the organization. QTS also cares about the careers of their employees and provides opportunities to advance within the organization instead of looking to bring in external candidates. For those looking for growth opportunities with an innovative company and a team related atmosphere, QTS is a great place to land.

Cons

No companies are perfect and QTS continues to evolve internal processes to serve customers and employees alike. The thing I like is that there is a consistent effort to improve.

Thank you for your review. Sometimes our business demands change and as a result, we have to adjust our schedules and shift. Thank you for all you do to make QTS a great place to work! I truly appreciate how hard our facilities teams work to ensure we're able to deliver on our promises. Ken Elkington, VP Facilities, Western Region

Pros

I like working for QTS. I have worked for companies with far less benefits, far less pay, and double the workload. The DFW location seems to be growing, which keeps us busy.

Cons

Workload increases, manpower decreases with layoffs.

Thank you for taking time out of what we know is a very busy day down there in Dallas. Keep up the great work and be sure to work with your local leaders if you need assistance with workload.
