Pros

Culture of integrity and a commitment of management to continuously improve.

Cons

As a publicly traded company there will always be the monthly/ quarterly pressure around numbers. Not easy to adapt to if you are used to a private company.

Pros

Rarely do you find a company that lives and breathes by its core values. The leadership team takes a "servant leadership" approach, and is always available to assist/guide. The culture focuses on high customer touch and success. The CEO is focused on building a company to improve the lives of employees, customers and the communities in which we work. Training continues to improved. Benefits are fantastic. Opportunities for career growth.

Cons

People aren't perfect; companies aren't perfect. There are several opportunities for improvement, which include: marketing/branding, innovation, automation and tools. That said, the companies acknowledges these gaps, and his plans to invest/improve.

Great people but not enough of them.

Pros

Good opportunity to get experience with different types of technology. Great people to work with. Employees are very dedicated and helpful.

Cons

Teams are consistently understaffed making it very difficult to keep up with demand. Not enough direction given by management.
