      Pros

      Great executive team & great product! No other data center company comes close! This company doesn’t churn and burn through sales reps. They take the time to develop, grow, and retain their people.

      We could use more data centers in Western Europe & APAC

      Pros

      Fast growing business, but a long way to go in the world. The company have some great people. CEO is awesome, don’t think he realizes what’s causing good people to leave his establishment.

      Cons

      Stay away from this company. Managers are full themselves, think they’re better than anyone else. It’s saddening to see the amount of QTS employees that resigned because of bad management. Be aware lots of Hippocrates. Managers shows favoritism bluntly. Just bad management overall.

      Pros

      As an engineer , you can learn a lot with practical all access. Salary and benefits are competitive. QTS has one of the most wonderful CEO ever. A great man who mean well for all his employees. QTS also has great engineers.

      Cons

      Lower management focus on trivial staff like micro managing . OSC managers lack people skills. At times , they speak and look at their employees very low.
