Pros

As an engineer , you can learn a lot with practical all access. Salary and benefits are competitive. QTS has one of the most wonderful CEO ever. A great man who mean well for all his employees. QTS also has great engineers.

Cons

Lower management focus on trivial staff like micro managing . OSC managers lack people skills. At times , they speak and look at their employees very low.

Lots of friendly, helpful coworkers Days were rarely dull Management was friendly and courteous

Cons

QTS was not prepared for the workload No CMDB Never said "No" to customers, no matter how outrageous the demands Every customer was a "one-off". Very little standardization

Thank you for your feedback. I am happy to hear that you liked the people/management at QTS. In regards to your cons, yes, prior to our transition in 2018, QTS had a complex managed services offering. That has simplified and QTS has standardized the services we offer and managed which has enabled the OSC to be more successful. We also have a dedicated position starting mid-September to implement and manage the “CMDB” to provide a better picture to the OSC about the devices and assets under management.
