7yWe appreciate your review and recognize we still have opportunities. Our EVP team and programs have created several forums for us to gather feedback and implement changes to make QTS a better employer. In fact, we see these programs and changes impacting our turnover as our annualized retention rate has increased from 83% a year ago to 88.9% today.
