Pros

Growing quickly, many opportunities for growing employees. Many of the employees are very encouraging to work with. Ample benefits.

Cons

Some departments seem to get overlooked. Crucial tools/procedures need addressed but are persistently ignored. Promises for improvements are made but evidence suggests otherwise, no visibility on improvements despite management's knowledge of the issues at hand.

Just like any place

Pros

Opportunity! Started as a contractor and moved to a full time position. This company is willing to give opportunities to anyone who earns it. Salary is upper end for the field.

Cons

Top heavy with lots of input. Some politics going on. Just like any company, this company has warts but I have never been in a place without them. What is good about the cons is that you can still get work done and mgmt seems to have an open door policy.
