      work from home , tools for assistant and questions no supervisors harassing you, supervisors availability is not bad, very independent working

      Cons

      sales driven in all departments that deals with customers, High turnover, old views on customer service, unrealistic time management of calls (want you to focus on customer needs but will be upset if you rush customers off phone). care more about customers than workers dignity. Bad customer behavior

      I overall really enjoyed my experience working with Qurate. The company was very professional and the management was helpful.

      Cons

      No room for flexibility in the schedule, stuck on third shift offered shift bids maybe once a year .
