Pros
Everyone at the company seems to be aligned with the same mission and very aware of their customer base. They are constantly trying to see how to fit in the new digital space. The discount is great as well.
Cons
There are people who have been there for 20+ years and sometimes they get caught up in doing things the way they have always been done. I also struggled with advancement across departments.
