Pros

Amazing and affordable medical benefits, great perks like onsite cafe, Starbucks, bank and general store. Lots of internal training opportunities.

Cons

Sr. Management does not empower middle and lower management, and there is a culture of mistrust between the management levels.

Pros

Great benefits, lots of opportunity for movement within company. Definitely a growing company.

Cons

Corporate can be a highly political environment. Bureaucracy drastically slows down processes and change. Very strong culture and values, expect to drink the kool-aid in order to be successful here.

Great company still in the growth phase

Pros

Reasonable hours and good compensation. I never felt that I was overworked. Also, I never felt under compensated.

Cons

There is a lot of involvement by HR and it sometimes feels like your hands are tied when it comes to accountability, hiring, and terminations. Any process involving HR seemed to move at a slow pace.
