Pros

Really laid back. Easy job. Great co-workers. Supervisors always help when you need it. Quality team helps you improve your talk time. Easy system to operate. Pay was decent. Not a strict dress code.

Cons

Attendance point system is a little unfair. Customer service wasn't as fun as order entry. Some training classes don't teach very well. No smoking anywhere on property, you have to walk across the street to a median between the road.

Pros

Pay is pretty good Hours worked well with my schedule

Cons

Training should be better, hours were different than my actual shift hours which was complicated. I’m a breastfeeding mom and there was no kind of private nursing room to go to when I asked it they told me to go to the bathroom to do it which was not very professional.

Pros

Amazing people to work with. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Plenty of parking. Full cafeteria. Flexible hours. Nice discount with a mini store within the building. Bonus: Occasional star sightings on the sets. Free food after the cooking segments. All around, probably the most positive and encouraging work environment I've ever worked in, regardless of the downsides.

Cons

Pay was pretty low for industry standards at the time and there wasn't really anyway to "move up" within the company and stay within that specific e-comm studio area. "Promotions" were usually just your yearly pay increase. No benefits at all for a lot of the people in the studio, unless you were salary (which only a handful were), regardless of whether or not you worked a 40 or more hour week. They like to hire the retouchers and photographers as "on call" or "Part-time" so they count as hourly workers, then give you 40 or more hours every week. Never complained though because we all just appreciated, more hours meant more money obviously. They did also have overtime too which helped. Closed for only one day a year on Christmas Day so you may also be asked to work major holidays. No options to work from home at the time as well.
