Pros

Coworkers are usually pretty chill and no issues with supervisors.

Cons

upsell requirement when the upsells are ridiculous or leftover inventory is unfair for customer service. The majority of the orders for CSR are going to be corrections. Who wants to buy something else when we messed up the order the first time.

Pros

Most people here were a lot of fun to work with, outside the higher level leaders. Great place to learn.

Cons

Execs were more concerned about building fiefdoms vs. strategic opportunities to keep the business humming. Keeping QVC and HSN separate for so long (and let alone separating them again after consolidating) was one of the worst decisions ever and was purely out of fiefdom creation for individuals vs. what was needed to keep a successful business.
