Pros

if you like their products, the employee discounts were good. BUT only if you like the products they carry

Cons

Leadership, they don't want to change. You can clearly see it in their stock price

Pros

Working remotely is a plus. They offer benefits from day one.

Cons

No room for growth. No schedule change. They say you’ll be eligible but they choose their favorites and go from there. Micromanaged like crazy. Their metrics are unrealistic for the amount of calls coming in. 90% of calls are older people who do not know how to use their phones, emails or the app. So of course our calls weren’t going to fall into the unrealistic handling time they force everyone to follow. CS&E Reps were told over and over again that they were NOT sales reps. Then the CS&E reps started getting punished and write ups if they can’t get a certain amount of upsells. I thought we weren’t sales reps?
