Pros

- Overall good atmosphere - People are generally very positive and willing to work together as a team - Flexible hours/Work from home days (depending on team) - Encourage collaboration across teams

Cons

- Not always consistency across teams with certain rules (salary amounts, promotion timelines, etc.) - Pay is not competitive within the industry

Pros

I loved providing Webmaster responses to emails and LiveChatting with customers to help them with their issues.

Cons

We were supposed to LiveChat with four customers at a time and let each one think we were devoted to dealing with their issues only. Management did not recognize the most valuable employees; system was a complete disaster!
