Pros

I loved providing Webmaster responses to emails and LiveChatting with customers to help them with their issues.

Cons

We were supposed to LiveChat with four customers at a time and let each one think we were devoted to dealing with their issues only. Management did not recognize the most valuable employees; system was a complete disaster!

No room for advancement. Apply for highest position you desire because that will probably be your position for the duration of your employment.

Nepotism, Favoritism Aimless Upper Management Expectations to work 8-hour days and complete 24-hour timelines for 3-4 people's worth of work Pay scales different for jobs that are equivalent - but no willingness to discuss it.
