Pros

Reasonable hours and good compensation. I never felt that I was overworked. Also, I never felt under compensated.

Cons

There is a lot of involvement by HR and it sometimes feels like your hands are tied when it comes to accountability, hiring, and terminations. Any process involving HR seemed to move at a slow pace.

Really Miss Working for the Q

Pros

Part time positions were rewarded well and the incentives were managable.

Cons

People were replaced by machinery and human production was unfairly compared to equipment. Employees lost feeling of value and connectivity. Sadly the work was sent out the area for cheaper wages and less people.
