Pros

They had a cart that went around and gave out free refreshments. It is a huge place and it kind of felt like a large university.

Cons

It's way out in West Chester, so you are looking at an hour commute each way.

Pros

Life insurance connected to the pension 12 x salary There was a great team which is gone know

Cons

Wages extremely low same JD in another building in the same complex are getting 10 grand more than us . It used to be a family and fun place to work where everyone knew each other but they're making so many cuts getting rid of all the long serving employees and replacing them with young cheaper noes with no knowledge . Everyone is looking over their shoulders . I was there 8 years my manager who was there from the beginning over 25 years was made redundant . Raising PO takes about 3 weeks to get any things . Shift patterns continually changing no thought of how it affects you family
