The most chaotic company I have ever worked for. Ego and not logic rules this company!
Pros
The company pays really well. There are a very few people that are really nice and fun to work for/with. My first 2 supervisors were awesome. The HR team seemed sincere. It's fun to see celebrities walking around (if you are into that).
Cons
The corporate office is in the middle of nowhere. Most people have worked there all their professional lives. They are NOT open to new ideas and innovation, and are so insecure. Filled with so many unhappy and unpleasant people. Very political and full of fake people. Strategies changes so often, it is extremely hard to keep up. You get ahead if you are willing to step on people and throw them under the bus. For short, people without souls gets to stay. Eating the same, unhealthy cafeteria food everyday is awful. You would have to drive about 20 mins. to get to another restaurant to eat food other than what is offered in the cafeteria. There is no work-life balance.
