Pros

Benefit package is one of the best at any company. Company values are practiced by every employee. Friendly environment at every QVC location.

Cons

Priorities are not always placed where they are needed. Corporate executives need to spend more time focusing on the employees, and visiting the locations away from corporate. More hands on management is needed.

Pros

High pay, able to wear jeans to work, discount on TSV, plenty of breaks, etc. Located in West Chester with ample free parking. Has onsite cafeteria. No real pressure to get things done.

Cons

Can be hard to get to campus due to infrequent public transportation. QVC is largely a cubicle farm and it's sometimes a challenge to relax and listen to music while working. Occasional long hours, but at $100K per year, it's well worth it! Too many project managers trying to run things.
