QVC... Not bad.

Pros

The benefits package is probably the best reason to work for QVC. The discount, the insurance, the days off. However, even that will change soon. The company is attempting to go green, which is a great thing. They offer a lot of resources for growth, as well as internal job postings to better your postion in the company.

Cons

No job security. No one is sure if their job will be there tomorrow... which makes for some unhappy employees. It's hard to go into work every day and wonder if your position will be there the next day. Upper management doesn't really listen to the complaints and concerns of employees lower than them, and unfortunately, the employees who have been there for a long time have gotten themselves into such a routine that they make it hard for the employees who have not been there long.

Pros

As long as you are not in the IT side of the company it is a good company to work for.

Cons

The IT side of the company takes no direction from the employees in the trenches and relies more on which company is giving the VP and Pres. of IT perks.
