Pros

You can easily negotiate a higher salary than their initial offer, and the compensation package is generous. Chiswick Park, where the Head Office is based, is lovely. Generally a great place to learn and make good money.

Cons

Can be a bit stressful, dealing with live shows definitely adds to the stress. For the rest it is quite well amnaged and a good atmosphere.
