good work life balance decent availability with time off (without pay) some customers are super sweet!

Cons

unresponsive managers rude and/or super chatty customers 10 hour shifts in which some days you may take up to ~150 calls

Pros

Great team members. Customers usually pleasant to interact with here. Time off without distractions pay is frequently available.

Cons

All about extra sales and then more sales in addition to that now. Won’t increase call minute time, but adding on credit card application offers, extra items to offer each call. Could handle a difficult customer, reinstate her sale, and still get penalized for an extra minute.
