      Good Pay. Good supervisors. Great working conditions. Straightforward training and expectations.

      Cons

      Long hours. Major "rumor mill". Makes more rumors than solar panels. Employees most anyone with little regard to qualification or work ethic. Most upper-management are ignorant of full production process and day-to-day issues in regards to machine perfomance and machine function. Very high turn over. Great workers tend to leave for greener pastures.
