Pay and benefits are great. This is a good logo to have on your resume, but that's about it.

Cons

Very micromanaging environment, with dictatorship leadership. If you want a good label on your resume, this is a good place for it. With that said, you will be miserable working here, where the culture and environment is very negative. Leadership also rotates every few years, so there is never any consistency with the direction of the company, and how things are to be carried out.
