      Pros

      Easy interview and easy to get a job here but you won't learn much unless your Korean. Even if your are Korean you won't be able to have a career here since all the Expats runs the company and do not involve local hires on decision making.

      You can get a green card after bearing all the cons below for 5 years. Disclaimer: this place becomes 3 stars if you are non-Korean.

      Cons

      Terrible management. Vertical and hostile. They will curse, yell, and disrespect you in front of anyone... only if you are a Korean. Terrible paychecks. Your manager thinks they are a king/queen. They will refuse your PTO and make you work overtime. You need to have your phone ready to answer on your vacation. No cafeteria/any perks other than insurance. And so much more... don't try to find out.

      The pay is way below market valuation even though they say their pay is "competitive". You need to speak Korean to get along with anyone or probably get ahead in the company. Turnover rate is pretty high here so that says quite a bit about the company already.
